Shipping & returns

At Ziza Boutique we want our customers to be happy with their purchases; all returns will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date.

 

• We can refund you the full value of the product and taxes but cannot refund the shipping cost.

• In lieu of refund, customers have the option of receiving online store credit with a one time bonus gift card of $5 to be used towards another website purchase.

• You are responsible for shipping cost when returning any merchandise.

• Kindly ensure that the merchandise is in the exact condition it was sent with all the original tags intact and no evidence of use.

• Please note that sales on all jewelry and accessories are final due to hygiene reasons.

• Clearance and Sales items are non refundable.

 

How to Return an item:

 

• In order to make a return you must contact us at 1-855-444-ZIZA(9492) or info@shopziza.com to inform us that you will be returning merchandise and we will issue you a return label via email.

• Please make sure merchandise is properly packaged in order to protect it from damage during shipment back to us.

• It may take up to 3 weeks from when merchandise is received by us for your credit card to be credited. We will notify you once the credit is processed.
